Friday, April 30
9:30 PM Assembly / Roll Call, Passport inspection, Grouping / Pairing, Seat Assignments
10:00 PM Boarding, Accompanied Baggage in the buses, Welcome Address. Departure.
Notes:
1. There are two buses: A and B. There would be 2 simultaneous activities at 9:30 PM with Sis. Eden for Bus A and Sis. Cecille for Bus B.
2. The passengers will be paired and seats would be assigned. The people assigned at the back board the bus first. Make sure all you need in the bus would be in your hand carry (passports, toothbrush, medicines, etc).
3. Fr. Ron stays at Bus A. But he will give a welcome remark to Bus B before departure.
4. Evening prayers and Rosary.
5. Listing of the Mass Intentions for the Mass at the Divine Mercy Shrine.
6. Rest (and silence).
Saturday, May 1
1:00 AM First stop and restroom visit
5:00 AM Second stop and restroom visit. A 2-hour stay. Breakfast. Groupings for the Salt Mine: 4 groups. Group 1, Blue Group led by Sis. Beth, Group 2, Green Group led by Sis. Bessie, Group 3, Yellow Group led by Sis. Cecille and Group 4, Maroon Group led by Sis. Eden. Distribution of color-coded IDs.
9:00 AM Eucharistic Celebration at the Divine Mercy Shrine. Sr. Faustina Chapel. Group picture. Free time to buy religious items and to roam around the Shrine. Lunch at own´s expense.
11:30 AM Departure for Salt Mine.
1:30 PM Entrance to Salt Mine. Group picture taking after the tour. A 2-hour tour.
4:00 PM Departure for Czestochowa
6:00 PM Arrival at Hotel Ibis. Room assignments.
6:45 PM Departure for the Restaurant Zajazd Jurajski. Dinner. Socialization. Listing of Mass Intentions for the Mass in the Black Madonna Shrine. Blessing of the religious articles.
10:00 PM Back to Hotel Ibis. Restful night.
Sunday, May 2
6:00 AM Breakfast of Bus A passengers till 6:45. Bus A leaves at 7:30 AM for the Church.
6:45 AM Breakfast of Bus B passengers till 7:30. Bus B leaves at 8:00 AM for the Church.
8:30 AM Eucharistic Celebration. Free time to buy religious items and roam around the complex. Lunch at one´s own expense.
12:00 Noon Departure for Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration and Death Camp
2:00 PM Arrival in Oswiecim and Birkenau. Blessing of religious articles.
4:30 PM Departure for Vienna. Sharing of the experiences in the bus.
11:00 PM Expected time of arrival in Vienna.
